How can I register my iPhone 15 15 Pro and 15 Plus devices, as well as my iPhone 15, with PTA?

Tech giant Apple unveiled four iPhone products this week during their annual Wonderlust event: iPhone 15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro, and 15 Pro Max.
Pakistanis love Apple products intensely, and tech enthusiasts have eagerly anticipated the introduction of iPhone 15 Series devices.
Pre-orders of newly released smartphones will begin this morning (September 15,) and many Pakistanis plan to order from overseas or via courier service.
Pakistan participates in its own Device Identification, Registration, and Blocking System (DIRBS), so every device registered must first be submitted for registration with the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), with payment of any applicable customs duties/ taxes required before being registered as part of DIRBS. Registration procedures for iPhone 15 models follow similar processes used with other cell phones.
Mobile Device Registration
Below are possible methods of registering mobile device(s), subject to payment of customs duties/ taxes for these categories: –
(i) International Traveler The system allows international travelers to register mobile devices carried in their luggage within 60 days after entering Pakistan by entering travel credentials such as Passport number CNIC/NICOP number sim number issued on passport CNIC/NICOP number together with device IMEI numbers into DIRBS system.
(ii) Local Applicant Local applicants can register their mobile device(s) using CNIC/sim number registration as well as its IMEI(s). DIRBS serves as the system mechanism.
PTA has established the DIRBS Portal system, which can be accessed in three ways for the convenience of applicants:
- Online Portal Link:– https://dirbs.pta.gov.pk/drs
- USSD through dialing *8484# on any mobile phone registered to an applicant’s CNIC
- At any service provider’s Service Centre or Franchisee, data provided by applicants will be validated automatically through the weBOC system; mobile phones will then clear through according to current duty rates and taxes.
(v) WEBOC will electronically generate a Payment Slip ID (PSID), valid for seven days after its creation, to facilitate tax/duty payment by visiting any commercial bank in Pakistan and paying directly. Once payment has been confirmed by DIRBS system, all mobile device IMEI(s) listed under white indicate successful tax payment.
(vi) Once the prescribed period for registration of mobile phones has elapsed, these will be registered against tax/duty payments with associated fines to notify of its use in violation.
