Latest petrol price in Pakistan September 2023
ISLAMABAD: Pakistanis continue to suffer under high inflationary pressure. Following rate increases for electricity and gasoline usage, costs associated with petroleum-related products rose again as their costs skyrocketed, their currency devalued, and oil prices skyrocketed worldwide markets.
Recent weeks saw Pakistan’s rupee being battered with attacks, plunging to Rs304 before slowly recovering its value and surpassing international Brent prices of $92/barrel.
As part of these reforms, the interim government plans to increase sales margins for petroleum dealers and marketing firms; consequently, gasoline could reach Rs321.35 per liter.
