Amazon New AI Helps Sellers Create Product Listings Quickly
Generative AI makes tasks simpler for anyone on the internet, with Amazon recently unveiling new AI features to simplify product descriptions, titles, and additional data for sellers.
In its new AI feature, this innovative AI feature uses large-language models (LLMs), including ChatGPT and Google Bard. These specialized machine learning models utilize large amounts of data in training them to be highly adept at tasks such as recognizing word meanings, summarizing translation, prediction creation texts, and content prediction – helping increase the production of accurate product descriptions and other forms of text content creation. This technology was specifically created with this in mind.
Sellers only need to submit brief product listings by writing some words or sentences; Amazon then uses AI technology to generate suitable product listings that they can refine or upload directly into the Amazon catalog.
Robert Tekiela, Vice President of Amazon Selection and Catalog Systems, comments:
Our models can deduce product information from multiple data sources, latent knowledge, and logical reasoning they acquire. For instance, they could detect a table is circular if its specifications state its diameter or determine its style using images alone.
